Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you, the customer, are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Accepted Returns
We cannot accept returns for products that are:

  • Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned (e.g., beauty products)
